This month, we focus on real-time inventory management.

Weave enables complete visibility across an entire operation - replacing static spreadsheets with dynamic, real-time insights at the click of a button. With every textile item carrying a unique Weave tag and encoded serial number, we track the full lifecycle of each product across the network.

Our platform provides intuitive visualisations that make it easy to understand performance at a glance, while delivering deep, actionable insights through advanced reporting.

Key metrics our customers rely on include:

Product Handled
The total volume of unique product movements detected across the network within a given period.

Product Handled vs. Seats Flown
By integrating scheduled and actual flight data using Cirium flight data, Weave compares expected seat capacity with actual product flown - providing a clear view of throughput, turnaround times, and par levels across locations.

Washes
Total completed washes across the network, including intelligently inferred washes where items move between tracked and untracked locations.

Injections & Removals
Measures products entering or leaving the network, offering real-time visibility into stock churn and circulation.

Net Items in Circulation
The difference between injected and removed items - a critical metric for understanding stock levels, identifying losses, and optimising inventory distribution around the world.

Idle Stock
Weave provides end-to-end visibility of asset movement across the network, enabling the identification of slow-moving items and low utilisation rates. By tracking dwell times and movement patterns, Weave highlights stock that is effectively ‘stuck’ in specific locations, while also detecting where items are leaking out of the network empowering teams to take targeted action to improve availability, reduce loss, and optimise overall asset efficiency.
